Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agree to the terms of the waiver of liability provided in the previous form. I'm also giving my full consent to Emventures, Inc. and its Sponsors to collect, generate, use, process, and store my personal data on their computer database and/or manual filing system.

All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE once paid. No refund or credit shall be given for cancellations arising from natural disasters, weather disturbances, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, illness, injury, force majeure, or any cause beyond the organizer's control. Should the event be moved to a new date or virtual format, the registration shall automatically transfer with no additional fees.

I acknowledge that participating in a road running event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, communicable diseases, dehydration, heat-related illness, exposure to drone equipment, collisions with other participants or vehicles, weather hazards, and even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release, waive, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, contractors, venue partners, and co-participants from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation, even those caused by negligence.

I acknowledge that race results, finishing times, ranking, and any decisions made by the race director, technical officials, or timing partners — including but not limited to disqualification for course-cutting, unsportsmanlike conduct, or rule violations — are FINAL and NON-DISPUTABLE. I waive any right to contest these decisions through legal proceedings.

Once a race kit is claimed (whether by pickup or delivery), I confirm that all items have been received in good condition. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, switching, or incorrect handling of the kit after release. There will be NO REPLACEMENT for any item lost or damaged after distribution. I am responsible for verifying my shirt size, bib number, and inclusions upon receipt.
